Absolutely, and one should be in love before the sex even comes into the situation. However, if you are asking can someone remain in a sexless relationship. Of course, we are not animals, if the love is real for someone, sex is secondary. If there are medical issues or legitimate reasons for not having or being able to have sex. Sex should not be the foundation of any serious relationship, friendship should be the base and foundation. God bless****

depends what sort of love you mean.Both partners would need to be at the same space otherwise it can cause major problems in a relationship if one person wants sex and the other one doesn't
