Well, it'll depend on where in Israel you're going. Tel Aviv is pretty liberal on lots of issues, this one included. Other parts of Israel are not. Is he an orthodox jew or is he secular? How does his family feel about you? Have you met them yet?
My advice is to ask him a lot of questions and get to know as much about his culture and family/friends as you can before making such a drastic move.
Many blessings on your path..

Marriages are pretty tough without this added pressure. You need to get a whole lot figured out ahead of time, but they can work.
And I hear Israel is beautiful. I would love to go there some day. It just doesn't seem overly safe right now.

You had better be carefull in Israel things are not the same there . It is a very intolerant country from what I have seen and heard and I would be very hesitant to move there . Whole different culture .

It will be a problem for you. If you wish to get married, you will not be able to. There is no civil marriage, only religious marriage. No priest or rabbi will marry you there. Secondly, your children will not be Jewish, which may cause problems with social services that they can recieve.

Good luck. Zionism is not YAHUDISM, and it isn't even "Jewish". It is one of the most intolerant societies. If you even mention the Messiah YAHOSHUA you will be in serious trouble. What inspired you to consider marrying an unbeliever?
