Mohammed (pbuh) was a prophet! He was not God or any other form of deity. For the writings of Mohammed to be the word of God, they have to be worthy of that accolade. Since the Qu'ran diverges from the Old testament (Bible) it follows that it has its roots in the Bible, and after a point, there the similarity ends.

Moslems and Jews would be keen to avoid the issue that their religions have the same root. Where they both fall down is their failure to recognise Christ for who He was, and their continued inability to seek revelation for their followers through divinely appointed leadership on the earth.

It is really very interesting question and answer is also in this question that " I say not as I do".

Our mind accept and body react, so when say anything but what ever do it is depend of ourselves. There are few peoples in this country/ world what they say do it particularly and others nothing do.

In short honesty is the best policy but what ever he say only for courtesy, to get feelings among the persons but do the work which comfortable or satisfaction him. It is mentally physiology question

This is the lesson taught by the majority of mankind. God does as He says. Man intreprets God's words and then does what he wants.

It's six hours now I am thinking to answer or not to answer you, at last I came to the conclusion that you do not deserve to know the truth..

23hrs after

Well because you wrote for knowing the truth, personally, I think it's okay now to have the answer here.

Muhammad was sent to show us the truth about God, the sin, and the uncompleted message of Jesus.
He showed us to pray five times a day, but had to pray six times Himself, teached us to fast whole day with a breakfast before the dawn and after the sunset, but fasted mostly without any breakfast Himself, when His companion started to do the same and became very weak He asked them who amongst you are like me, even if you don't see me eating, my Allah feeds me. Preached us to spend two and a half of our money in helping the poor, and Himself had to spend His whole money for the poor, in this hard to earn world we have to take responsibilities of 3 or 4 woman( so that no BOSS take advantage of them in this corrupted world) He Himself had to take responsibility of eleven women. We are ordered to give our body the minimum of 4hrs of sleep for resting yet Himself slept rarely at night, we have right to divide our wealth in due parts before our death to our children But Himself had no right to posses any money, nor to give any heritage to His children, we have the right to take zakaat(some kind of donation for the needy) but neither Him nor His generation(till the end of time) have any right to take. And there are lots more, one must read His whole biography to understand this man's (MUHAMMAD PBUH) true role in this world.
This is how we can say yes He told us to do as He says but not as He does.
Hope I answered your quest.
May ALLAH bless.

That is what my father always told me. He never really reached his potential. It is proven that your children will do as they see their parents do. No matter what you say.
