What to do/see in Penzance?

I am staying in Penzance for a week, next week, and am wondering what are the best places to go, do and see. Any ideas you Cornish folk?

St Michaels Mount, Land's End (12 miles away). If you have a car, just follow the coast roads and there are plenty of things signposted off the road. Lots of quaint villages and beautiful scenic beaches, and nice pubs!
