My joy is found in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Joy is a fruit of the holy spirit and is also a component of the kingdom of god. so as we find joy, we find God. As we are filled with joy, we are filled with His spirit.

god bless

There are many ways to be happy. Thousands, or millions of hobbies people partake in. I play a musical instrument, and it brings me joy.

If you're talking about perpetual joy, then it's impossible. You must take the highs and the lows. But simple, regular joy? There are many ways. Good movies, reading books, bicycling. I'm sure you can find something.

I'm not on a quest for joy, I'm on a quest for clarity and understanding! When I get there, I'm afraid no-one will understand it. I guess this is what the Buddha experienced. No-wonder he decided not to try to explain it to anyway, they wouldn't listen anyway!

Wouldn't say joy but peace, although joy maybe a part of that.
Don't think it is possible to be joyful all the time.

You find joy in experiencing life.

Also, it helps to separate yourself from the superstitions of the world, like religion. Religion is all about emotional manipulation. Some people like other people telling them what brings them joy, but I find deeper peace and contentment in reality.

I'm a bit more of a pleasure seeker. Joy sounds rather elitist.
