i purchased the above from a TV Shopping Channel and the plastic water fill plug has distorted with the heat steam.
I need to find a replacement plug , does anyone have any ideas as I have E-Mailed the Channel but to date (2Wks) have not received any reply

Check the owners manual for manufactors phone number and address. Go directly to them, it will be quicker and less stress ful.

You could try a plumbers merchants as the usually have a lot of parts that you would not generally see on display, items that are made for a variety of appliances and might find a plug that would be suitable.
But do take the old plug with you, there is a very good chance that you will get one
