i think no matter where u r from most young people i meet from all over the world r on the same level and r cool, and we share the same humor and interests

Not always so. It depends. I've met some people in that age bracket (when I was in it) that were more immature than me. Some of us had nothing in common. It all depends on who you meet and what your and their maturity/interest levels are.

No, not all people 18-25 are on the same wavelength. My brother and I could hardly be more different and still be related.

(He's 22 and I'm 23.)

weirdly yes it seems like that we can communicate with other people our age whilst at the same time knowing what the other persons going to say

They are cultural and back ground matters that are different. That doesn't mean they can't get along.
