HE is intelligent, sensitive and he likes me , but whenever I have a conversation him he just can't stop talking. Sometimes I can't say anything. I am a good listener, but I keep interrupting him. Everything he says is OK but, I think that he lacks confidence. What do you think ?

Some compulsive talkers never change. I am married to one for 26 years. After this long I know he only likes to hear himself talk and isn't interested in anything anyone else has to say. It's rude.

He is a talker not a listener and is probably not aware of it.
Compliment him for his good points that you have pointed out, then jokingly add that you would like him even more if you could just get a word in edgeways.
