Hey they don't call them EX's for nothing. It is always best to forget the ex because it could be deadly. Just be happy with the one you got. Trust me, once you let an EX back then problems will get worse.

Tell her that she should respect the fact that you have a girlfriend. I know it my not be that easy to say, but if you want to keep your relationship with your girl good; you have to tell the ex stop, even if you like it.
she is your ex for a reason, remeber that. It will mess up your relationship trust me. Tell your girlfriend about your ex, that should help a little.
