Bite the top off, lick out centre, then take another bite & another lick. When I first ate one, the middle used to ooze out (although, as with most things, I guess they put more "middle" in!), so I developed the "bite & lick" strategy. Personally, I think everyone's a sucker for a creme egg!!!

I always have a habbit of either biting off the top, or down the line in the middle and licking out the stuff then eat the rest mmmmmmmmmmmm :-p

I bite the top off and then lick out the white till I hit the yolk. Then I get excited that I've found the yolk! Then I bite the rest off in bits till it's all gone. It's messy, but it's fun!
