am 20m years old and i need some food practices to gain weight., i am a strict vegetarian., i need some indian foods that will increase my weight

Hi,

Would you consider doing a detox? It is 100% natural and only makes use of organic green foods ;)

My friend gained 4kg within 3 months and her sis gained 6kg within one month.

The detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods consumable even by babies and pregnant women that will enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Hmm it is hard to gain weight without meat. If you are a strict vegetarian, maybe just chicken or fish. But if you really want to gain weight, eat lots of junk food such as chips, chocolates, candies, sweet drinks, etc

Try nutrition express website. They have lots of things for weight gain, not indian foods but drinks and shakes. Get their catalog sent to you for the best information.

Nutrition is not the only way to increase your weight. But nutritionwise, it is very difficult to increase your weight without eating lots of protein.

You should try exercise, build up your muscles and increase your weight by increasing your muscle. Cycling, doing increasing number of push-ups and sit-ups, swimming.

If you do a clerical job and do not get enough exercise, donate your free time to local charity or offer helping to your relatives by carrying their shopping etc.
