about 3 days ago i start feeling a tingle in my lungs i go along my day normal then boom all of the sudden it hits me i start feelin warm my throwt goes dry and i lose my voice whats worse is i get back pain in diffrent areas stomach pain and neck pain not all at the same time as if i got hit by a truck and then 20 minutes ago i woke up with a dry throught so i decide to clear it up i spit some really bloody flem dark in blood still have the neck pain does this sound like a normal flu or does this sound like something more dangerious.

this isn't the flu. you will need to seek medical attention as soon as possible. if not, you will not be able to go much longer. you could have a number of things. sounds like a lung infection, but, we cannot be sure. you doctor will do some test. you neck pain is what is worrying me too. the infection may be all over you by now and possibly settle in or near your brain. please seek medical attention soon. good luck.

To me, this sounds pretty dangerous, and not just the flu. It is completely abnormal for a person to spit up dark red blood in flem. I understand that it's (flem) normally a tad bit red in color sometimes - more pink that red - however, it should not be a deep red color. Especially since you have a neck, back and stomach ache as well, that could be associated with a lung infection, mono, or even ammonia. Left untreated and that could be cause for serious effects. I'm sorry I don't know the answer to get better but I would go see a doc asap. Hope you feel better. Good luck.

This sounds more than just flu, it could be anywhere from bronchitis ( u never mentioned cough do u cough at all?) to pleuritis which is inflammation of the membranes covering the lungs, to TB , heart disease, laryngitis, inflammations in the stomach, so u should see a doctor for that, you should undergo a number of investigations starting with a plain X-ray of the chest, and so on...

you could have an infection in your lungs you need to go to the doctor
