Well speaking as a Gay man - I think that you should take it as a compliment. Honestly. Because they think that you look after yourself, you have great fashion sense and are comfortable with yourself.
Some gay guys come onto other guys for fun - depending on the crowd that they are with. Most gay guys can tell immediatly if you are straight or gay. Some gay guys see it as a challenge and want to see how far they can take it.
At the end of the day you get gay guys that dont know when/how to stop themselves and i suggest you be firm and tell them your not gay. but majority of the time just say thank you but your not interested. and if that fails i guess keeping a girl close and making out with her in front of other guys would be a good sign to stay away.

I would take it as a compliment.
gay men tend to be cleaner, sexier, funnier and fussier than straight men! (and as a gay woman I am not a *** hag! OK maybe I am a bit!...)
Ironically, gay men tend to appeal to straight women a lot of the time, and spend their time explaining that they are arthur not martha, so all in all keep acting gay and you will have women falling at your feet!

I'm gay. It means "happy and cheerful", but I'm not Homosexual. Stop following the herd and use the correct language.
To answer your question: just tell them that you're a Ladies' Man. They'll usually understand and leave you in peace.

Ignore that first answer. The same thing happens to my husband and he is a very masculine sexy Italian. He gets upset about it like you. I guess if men are gay they are attracted to sexy looking MASCULINE men like we women are. Try to take it as a compliment.

Simply tell them you are not gay and therefore not interested in their advances. I would imagine that someone who is gay is really not going to pursue a relationship with someone who is not gay and not interested. Good luck and God bless****

I suggest you buy a badge that says "Im not GAY but my boyfriend is". That should do it....I think. I got mine from Apollo design and print based in Worthing.

Accept it as a complement, this happens to me a lot and i appreciate it but let them know gently you are not gay although you get the occasional idiots who try to convince you to try.

They do it because either, women have so stressed them with cheating and other things, they think a man will be different because they can understand them better,
Or, because they think you look good,
Or, because simply, they cannot control their lust.
There is nothing you can do, short of hiding in a glass bubble all your life.
