You should weigh between 136lbs and 169lbs, so you're ok. But the more important thing that most people don't understand is that the BMI is not totally correct. For example, people can be well within the BMI, yet they could have a high body fat %. I am saying that the BMI doesn't take your body fat % into account. So I like in my way to modify it to make it better.
My way:
You should be within or greater than your BMI
You should have a body fat % no more than 25% if you're a man
For a woman, I'm not sure.
People can be above their BMI if they have a muscular built, meaning alot of muscles.
Hope this clears things up

compute for your body mass index by dividing your weight in kilograms by your height in meters squared.
1 feet = 3.3 meters so divide 5.1 with 3.3 and thats your height in meters and square your height in meters.
if you know your weight in lbs then divide that with 2.2 to know your weight in kilograms and divide it with your height in meters that you squared.
whatever your answer is your BMI.
here's a BMI table
malnourished bleow 16
underweight 16-19
normal 20-25 <--- here's ideal and healthy
moderately obese 26-31
severely obese 32-36
morbidly obese 37-up

i think you are in your normal weight. your BMI is around 21 (normal range:18.5-24.9) so i think you are just fine for your height.
