Look what the historians and critics have to say about Quran;

"... But the Meccans still demanded of him [Muhammad] a miracle,and with remarkable boldness and self-confidence Mohammad appealed as the supreme confirmation of his mission to the Koran itself. Like all Arabs they were connoisseurs of language and rhetoric. Well then, if koran were his own composition other men could rival it. If they could not [ and it is obvious that they could not ], then let them accept the Koran as an outstanding evidencial miracle."-[Mohammadanism, An Historical Survey, by HAMILTON A.R.GIBB, pg-40]

"....All these scriptures were written revelations, and all alike are to be believed and accepted, since they all confirm one another and the KORAN IN PARTICULAR NOT ONLY CONFIRMS EARLIER SCRIPTURES but as final revelation, clears up all uncertainities and is the repository of perfect truth."--[Ibid, pg-53]

" If therefore, the religion which Mahomet taught be so impure, gross and absurd, and the mean whereby he established it so wicked and unjust as the Christians endeavour to represent them, the Authority both of miracles and prophesies must fall to the ground, for no man can believe that God will work a miracle to justify a false religion, or mention the author of such a one without a mark of infamy."--[Ibid, pg-164]

The Magna Carta and English common law were also influenced by the Quranic code. Pope Sylvester II graduated from a Spanish university with a degree in Islamic Law. He went on to translate Islamic legal texts into Latin and called it the "New Roman Law." This code became the basis for the French legal system as well as that of Louisiana.

Some precepts of law familiar to us today were also inspired by the Quranic code. Its influence on the international law is characterized by strict limitations on warfare, prohibition of harming of civilians or destruction of trees and crops, and adherence to treaties.

May be muslims are better then you that they havent chooses to degrade religions (even in this yours reply), the holy books, prophets or even saints. Forget muslims, not even any fair intellectual person uses these language without his logical findings, you are still in your mother's arm, and think you can overruled universal laws.

The Qur'an was a continuaton and correction of previous religious text, so of course there are similarities.

If you are going to create another ID, at least try to come up with a different avatar.

extremely of asking why could i think attempt the perspective of why shouldn't i think?? basically open up your eyes and ideas and heart in trouble-free terms a tiny bit, enable your self to study and study and view. you won't be in a position to be confident basically via a statment or a topic or a narrative or a question. you may desire to seek for the certainty your self, do no longer ask somebody to try this for you.

Simple, it's called plagiarism as you said. If you were being kind you might call it reappropriation.
