my cat is about 7 months old, she gets outside of the house sometime during the day. recently i found her belly was a little 'bloated', i am not sure if its a full belly from eating 2 meals a day, or pregnancy? her fatty part of the belly doesn't shrink

Yes definitely could be! I once brought in a stray (3 months old) and took her to the vet to get checked. I suspected she was pregnant but the vet said it was impossible because of her age. About a month later she gave birth to 6 kittens. The only signs she had at first was the round firm belly and alot of gas.

Cats can get pregnant at the age of 7 months, cause they usually have reached sexual maturity at the age of 6 months.Still for you to be able to feel a difference in your cat's size and weight the pregnancy should be already advanced and in that case there would be more signs for example her breasts would be bigger and there might come milk out after applying pressure to them. The only way to be really sure is to take the cat to your vet,or of course wait to see if she gives birth, still I wouldn't recommend waiting,if she is pregnant there is nothing to do(well you could neuter her but it would mean killing the kittens which I think is cruel) but if she isn't and you don't want her to get pregnant(which is best, cause there are already so many stray animals) you could get her neutered which will solve the problem once and for all!

Take her to a vet and on the way make sure she's confortable. If she is pregnat treat her like a queen.
