I've been doing a little research on this and I've come to a conclusion. Even if you do see yourself in your dream, you still exist as a point of reference in that dream viewing actions 'you' are taking without any control. In other words, you externally view yourself in the first person! I think it is impossible to view anything in anything other than the first person, because the first person is always YOUR point of reference.

Yes, I do, and I enjoy dreams. In some cases, I have a pen and paper on a night stand. If I have a good one, I'll write down my memories and thoughts. Then I have a dream book and try to analyze it. I rarely have bad dreams or nightmares, unless I'm ill, but yes, it's 99.9% always in the first person.

Absolutely not! Dreams come in many forms. Some are actually beneficial and some are not. They can take any form, can be about girls, boys, cats, dogs, people, and even aliens, demons, witches, goblins, teacher lol

No, I actually see myself in my dreams. It's almost like I'm in the "audience" watching the whole story.
