I would bust for the tiniest of infractions. Jaywalking, littering, whatever. I would let no one get away.

Dude, you really have an issue with authority and police huh? Just stop doing whatever it is that brings you in contact with us and your problems will go away.

From your various posts I can see that you react very negatively when authority is imposed on you. To answer the question, I personally would walk into the worst crime infested area of my town and park there all day, everyday. I would do my reports there, drink my coffee there and yes to make you feel better - eat my donuts there. I would stick my nose in every crooks business at every opportunity. I would write dozens of tickets and talk to everyone. I would park in the driveway of a drug house and pass out candy to all the kids.

I would basically be a huge pimple on the criminal's butt refusing to go away. I guarantee crime would go down at least during my shift.

Oh yeah, anyone who cussed, spit or tossed a gum wrapper on the ground would be in my backseat. I've done it and it works.

I would drive down to Bankstown start of at the mall, get in the face of a lot of hot air blown lebanese kids who think their tough ! Remind them that its really not their town and make them realise how lucky they are to be here! Not being blasted back to the stone age like their cousins were back home ! Beat some damned respect into their **** !

Drive the beat looking for their older brothers, who have moved on slightly to bigger & better things ! Target their Muslim Lebanese **** because we know their all scum !

Go to a flag shop and buy the Southern Cross ! and our National flag, plant it near known residences of the filth and blow the first scum bag away that tries to burn it !

Before knock off I would empty my service revolver into as much lebanese scum there as I could find ! and begin another Cronulla riot later at the beach that day, God Loves Australia !

Dude, why would you pass out candy to kids at a drug house. The next day when you were not there the kids might come back for more candy and end up with drugs instead. I think you would be better off trying to keep kids away from a drug house.

By the content of your question, you obviously know little of or understand much about law enforcement. One person will never be able to curb crime in a single day's effort, so... the question is ignorant and point is moot.

If i could be a Police officer in the UK for a day i'd arrest as many drunkin' youths and throw them in the slammer for the night. Maybe we'd all get one good night sleep!

For one, I'd go down to the Bus Station and pick up the two drug dealers who have been hanging out in broad daylight.
