Your ideal weight depends on your age, sex, and height.
I think you are perfect! Your body fat should be about right to ensure your body is fit and healthy.
I'm a man, im 20, 6ft 1 and I weigh 11 stone. The doctor told me my ideal weight is 12 1/2 - so i'm underweight, but I am a weakling! lol

I think it may be about right, I'm about 5ft 6, and my ideal is 9st 8lb ish, and I think goes up to about 10st something, so I would imagine 11 stone is fine for your height.
It doesn't matter whether you're female or male, it's you're height that counts, and you'd probably look too skinny if you lost a lot of weight. Try this free BMI calculator link:
http://www.lapsf.com/free-online-bmi-calculator.php
You put your height and weight in and it gives you BMI, ideal BMI is between 20 and 25 I think, so tells you minimum and maximum for your height, and whether your current weight is healthy. If you're in UK, go to a big Boots store and go on one of their weighing machines, tells you your ranges too.

Have staying power, it takes alot of time espically via fact you seem to have a low matabolisim. And artwork out. ingesting water is nice yet no longer throughout the time of nutrition. a million hour earlier nutrition and atleast 3 hour after nutrition. Little sips do no longer count type. SLeep ALOT! Atleast 9 hours! between the bodies's significant applications throughout the time of sleep is digesting. And once you consume, do no longer consume untill you're complete. that's somewhat significant. yet another hint is to no longer supply up eating what you somewhat like. in case you sense an urge to consume choclote cheese cake, consume some yet in basic terms somewhat. in case you dont consume it you will in basic terms elect it greater.

Yes, that is a good weight for your height. It's certainly not too heavy for a 6ft woman....far from it. Losing a stone may make you look too skinny.
HTH : )
