Im a twit, it was early morning and I didnt read the Q properly,I'm not stoopid really.
but as everyone else said a computer, may I point out a computer keypad does have a lock.
so my answer is a piano.

It's not a keyboard, because they DO have locks. Num locks and Scroll Locks.
