http://www.livinglifetothefull.com/elearning/index.php?option=com_frontpage&Itemid=1 is an online course that is completely free. The course has been written by a psychiatrist who has many years of experience using a Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) approach and also in helping people use these skills in everday life. Its a bit different to counselling, but can help you work our why you feel the way you do, and what you can do to change it. Hope this helps!

I am not sure where you are... I am in Brighton - UK and we have a counselling service for women, low rate and with free creche for those who need it. You may have something like this where you live. If you really need help though you need to find a way to get to your therapy, it may involve calling on a friend or family or even a local playcentre to help out for the hour you are away. Good luck
