Many reasons. Religiously imposed denial of nature, parental misguidance, insecurities and complexes creating fears, shyness, societal taboos to name a few.

Why is it a big deal to be a virgin past 20-25 years old? Is this question about you or someone you know.
In all honestly it doesnt make any difference. Who cares if you are a virgin at 20 or 50. If your not ready to have sex then your not ready. If it hasnt happened then it's for a reason.
I was a virgin until 21 and I was perfectly happy with the choices I made which meant I stayed a virgin until that age. It wasn't that i didnt want to have sex, it was more about not wanting to have sex with scum. Maybe that's the reason guys can still be virgins later on in life. Not all men are sluts!

Its alright to be a vergin at 21-25. You would prolly be studying.
Dont get too caught up with sex too early.
A early baby could wreck your life.
And they mite be a bit traditional or religious

glad to know there's still men out there who value sex for what it is...marriage & life time commitment. wether gay or straight marriage & sex go hand in hand...
