Hi. I am from Romania and i've just finished to read an article about this wonderful product. i don't know what to say...honestly..i cannot believe that this "medicine" can burn all fat without leaving a side eating...i just cannot believe. in this magazine that i am reading it says that you can continue your normal diet (you can eat as much as you like) and still lose weight...it is a very interesting thing.
but i have only one question: what happends when you stop taking this "medicine" and you continue eating normally??? i believe the answer is: you get fat again...so, this type of things don't work just like that...so..i don't know...i just cannot believe it...

Best way to lose weight?

Eat less than you burn off.
Lots of regular water to flush out byproducts
Eat healthy well balanced foot, organtic where possible, up to 6 times a dat, but smaller portions. Try not to go too long without food as you will go into famished mode,
Excersize within reason, but mix it up. If you work one set of muscles hard one day, give it 2-3 days to heal before working it hard again.
Mix in aerobics, machines, dance, swimming, and other forms of exercise.
Try to have a few friends you can workout with, groups help.

Forget all the chemical rush programs. Let your body equialize it's way to your new weight.

Try to stay away from all high density foods, pills, etc, as they can be damaging your body to extremes. Expensive, dangerous, and rebound all playa roll.

I've heard food is 75%, workouts are 25%. Don't know if these are right, but it's obvious you need to apply control in both. Good luck.
