1. Drink Shizimit loads of water. Not normal water ICE water. You burn about 20 calories per glass of it.
Drink 8 Glasses a day and thats 500 a month and over a year thats about 2kgs. Thats not the main part. Watter Suppreses appetite.
2. Eat bananas when craving. They are high in Calories so they keep you happy.
3. 30 minute walk.. EVERY DAY.
4. Get into the habit of 25 sit ups a day.
5. Eat more fruit.
6. Try Lemon water or apple cider vinegar with water, it boosts your metabolism.
7. Push Yourself! You can do it!!
All this combined with a sesible diet and a bit more exercise will get you to 52 kgs in about 6-8 weeks.

Start eating a well-balanced, calorie-restricted diet. To make sure that you are eating the right amount of calories, count them! Every single one. It should shed a light on where your diet could be improved.
As for suppressing your appetite, don't worry about that. Just eat high fiber foods, plan for 2 snacks a day (a piece of fruit works), drink plenty of water, and measure out your portion sizes. You may be hungry for a couple weeks, but your body does adapt quickly.
And, get back into the habit of exercising.
