Poor kitty has most probably cat flu. Your kitty needs to see a vet and be treated with antibiotics.
Otherwise, TLC can do wonders. Humidify air in the room where it's kept (take it with you in the bathroom when you take bath) and keep the kitten warm. Remove all discharges from its nose as often as you can. Try to offer very palatable food - you may need to force feed with syringe if it stopped eating to prevent dehydration and malnutrition.
It may be worth to have a look on internet or in local news paper whether there is some charity vet in your area like PDSA or Blue Cross in the UK as they treat animals for free if you don't have high income. If there is no charity in your area, many vets will accept payment in installments.

This has nothing to do with your question, I'm sorry, but quite frankly, I'm sick of people accusing others of being selfish because they can't afford vet care. How many strays and homeless cats are there again? So poorer people should send all strays to the humane society where they will probably be euthanized? If THEY aren't then they're still taking homes from other ones at there that need homes... Personally, I think A home is better than no home. Many people do try the best they can, don't knock them for that... And I know where I live, an appointment with the vet costs on average $80, so yeeeeeah...

And to help out with your problem, here's some information for you, I don't know if how on topic it is though. http://www.veterinarypartner.com/Content.plx?P=A&S=0&C=0&A=613

Search Google for feline diseases and match it up with the symptoms, maybe you can find out what it is. Lots of diseases have sneezing, but the "constantly crying" thing is a little confusing.

Borrow money from someone. If you got the kitten, be a responsible owner. The cat needs medication. Most all kittens, especially sheltered or strays have some type of upper respiratory infection. It WILL NOT get any better. If anything, it will get worse and you new kitty could die. The kitty really needs vet care.

I suggest searching around on the net. Keyword cats or kitten care and see what you can find. Their maybe some herbal cures.
You can also try calling a vet and telling them your situation. They maybe able to give you advice or tell you where you can go for help.
Good luck with the kitty.

People can be so judgementle. The situation is what it is, you can only work from that.

Owning a kitten means being able to afford her. If you cannot afford to take your cat to the vet for routine shots, sickness and spay/neuter, then you shouldn't own the cat.
Most vets only charge around $30 for an examination. If you can afford that, take her in to see what's wrong. You will have the option of treatment according to how much you can afford.
Otherwise, take her to a shelter and hope she gets adopted.

There is nothing you can do without bringing your kitten to the vet. She will get sicker and die. She needs antibiotics immedietly. And shame on you for getting an animal without being able to afford it. How selfish.

she might just be allergic to something you are using , or something in yours house, is she eating, if she is drinking lots of water, least she wont dehydrate, ph the pdsa, if you have no money, they will help, and wont charge you,if you are on bennifets, or have you a friend who is on bennifets, she can say the kitten is hers, but the pdsa is your best bet, good luck, x
