10 KM per day at moderate speed. This will keep you fit.
Also control your diet. You do not need to loose much.

Not sure of the pounds etc because of our different metric systems, but I do know that you can lose weight quickly if you drink alot of water and keep drinking water regularly. Your body will realise it is getting adequate water and will stop storing it, which means it will release the already stored water and you will lose that added weight.
If you can do a 30 minute bike session, try and spend about 8 seconds sprinting, then slow down for about 15 secs, then 8 seconds sprinting again etc. This is a scientifically proven fast weightloss system, as it burns fat quicker than continuous cycling for 60 minutes.
Don't just stick to your bike either. Get out and work some of those other muscles, go for a brisk walk/jog, use the skipping rope for 20 mins, pull yourself through the water with your arms at the swimming pool and get those arm muscles working.
Once you start getting all your muscles fitter, they will work on their own to burn off any excess fat you have.
This is all assuming you know what the correct diet is as well (No junk food!)

Don't eat 4/5 hours before going to bed and stay active. Drink at least 1 gallon of water a day and you'll see a big difference. Keep fluids a constant...and don't starve...eat, just in moderation. The bike thing, well I do walking/running so I would have to say at least 45 minutes to 1 hour 3/4 times a week; whatever time persists for you. Get good sleep, because your body needs a regular schedule. Layoff the soda pop!

Why do you need to get down to 115 pounds? 5'9", 140 pounds is probably on the thin side. Getting down to 115 would border on anorexia. I don't know the ideal weight for your height/age, but I know that for a woman that is 5'7", 115 pounds would be way too light so I'm almost positive it would be for you as well.

It's entirely unsafe to loose 25lbs in 3 months at your age and BMI. There can be severe health consequences. You need to keep in mind that your age you are still developing your bone structure, reproduction organs, brain and so on. Reducing calories by so much can stagger your development drastically.
If you really want to loose weight, make it a realistic goal, like 10 lbs.
