Yes, you can marry a Saudi man, and you DO NOT HAVE TO CONVERT TO ISLAM. if you wish to get the citizenship though, you will need to continuously live in Saudi for 5 years (you are not obligated to do so though).

Yes but you will not be recognized as his legal wife. And the Saudi man has to get permission from his government before he can marry you. Also no man will write a marriage certificate for you. So you won't legally be married.
