Has to be golf, you get good exercise (Average 5 miles around a course) fresh air and normally amazing views.

Fishing sitting by a cold pond on your **** (bound to get piles) and might not even catch anything except a cold.

At least a golf course has a pub at the end!

golf cause you are not just sitting and waiting for the fish to bite you have to think about your next golf shot

I would suggest you spend a few days at the Killarney Golf and Fishing club and decide for yourself

You can't simply compare them as same sport and hobbies ~ they're obviously different. Anyway, speaking of the comparison, I'll say fishing is better than golf -- golf is designed to drive you nuts!

...and fishing requires too much patience, though ~ don't like any of them in fact.

Fishing if they're biting, golf if your hitting the sweet spot. Both are good for turning the mobile off and drinking with the boys.
