Whether the recipient of the miracle had faith or not, for sure, Jesus has faith.
I Cr 13;8a

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Disclaimer: I don't believe in any religion or prophets.Nor do I preach. I'm just a researcher.

Miracles are always part of the story of the preachings of any preacher. Look around the world. You will always find these miracles - dead person brought back, blind gets sight, lame can walk, a leper is cured, a nonbeliever suddenly converts and becomes his staunch follower etc. Apart from the last one, most of them require the preacher to gently rub the forehead

What can one conclude ?

I'm not sure I understand your question (maybe I haven't had enough coffee), but my favorite passage regarding miracles is from Matthew 8, when Jesus healed the servant of a Roman centurion who asked for Jesus' presence, then stopped him before he arrived at his home, with the message, "Lord, I am not worthy to receive you under my roof, but only say the word, and my servant shall be healed."

I like the expression of faith, humility and compassion.

Peace.

Most miracles are in the face of unbelief to inspire faith.

Tongue are a sign, no not for believers, but for unbelievers only, and it shall be a rejected sign.

That is a good one to start.

Many time Christ said "So great a faith I have not found."

Proving that inspiration of faith was one of the chief reasons for miracles.

Great question.

Doesn't that contradict the part of the bible that says of a certain town, "He did not many mighty things there, because they had no faith" or something to that effect?

How can he do miracles for the faithless, and not for a whole town of faithless? You aren't making sense.

Jesus wasn't someone who displays partiality, right?

It would be a small miracle if you had at least the basics of the English language.
Then, dismiss ALL reported biblical miracles as being exaggerations.
Then, consider how few (actually none at all) have occurred within the last few thousand years.
How odd?
Then make that effort to extricate yourself from the fantasy world that you are living in. Your god is imaginary and an invention of man. It's not that difficult to see through all the mumbo-jumbo if you have an enquiring mind. Try it?
Do not believe everything you read. That is a mindless action.

Jesus had knowledge in science. His mother took him to egypt to study. Think. cpr. anyone knows how to make wine he just did it not letting anyone see to keep the importance. Walk on water only represents drinking water just like amorah quan yin. Its too much to write, I studied religion for years. If people can still allow themselfes to be controlled by it that is there choice.

Jesus performed miracles to let people know who He was. For some people back then, seeing is believing. It was then that they came to the Lord.

You are going to have to hope for someone with a long time to answer you, and that might happen.
In the meantime, the Christian Research Institute on line would be an excellent resource for these types of questions.
