I think that every corporate pilot needs to have great people skills and needs to be very personable. Especially with a company like NetJets where you are dealing with so many different people and you are the face of the company, the clients need to be comfortable with you.

From what I read in pilot's forums and in the aviation press I would say patience!

I think it's more the case with NetJets Europe actually but the US guys also recently negotiated better terms and conditions - look at the following forum and see some of the views...
