Sounds like food poisoning. If you get this again, review your last meal - it may contain an ingredient that is contaminated.

Write down the symptoms, how often and when you have them. Get to a doctor and show him what you are going through. From those notes that you are recording he may be able to make a diagnosis or order tests for you.

Could be gastro, or food posioning, or bad water as the whole family is being effected it has to one of these things.

Probably a food you have in the house. Probably something that lasts a while that doesn't require refrigeration. Something like peanut butter.
