Keep in mind:
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

AND

LUKE 17: 20 - 21 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Clearly these verses contradict themself so which one is true and which one is a lie? Remember Jesus said BOTH!

The kingdom of God must be " the present moment " so timeless , free from death and sorrow .
If you are in the present moment there are no thinking at all , so no feeling of good and evil , the true balance

The Kingdom of God is Jehovah's heavenly government,of which Christ has been appointed King along with 144,000 faithful men and women who have been taken from the earth to rule alongside Jesus. They are to be kings and priests and rule with Christ over the earth for a thousand years.
For a proper understand of Jesus' statement found at John3:3 about being born again, one needs to first answer What is God's purpose for humankind? What happens to the soul at death? What is God's kingdom meant to do?
To get a better understanding of Jesus comment found at Luke 17:20-21,the New World Translation puts it this way:".....for, look! the kingdom is in your midst."Jesus could say this because Jesus' anointing with holy spirit appointed and commissioned him to carry out his ministry of preaching and teaching(Lu.4:16-21)and also to serve as God's prophet(Acts3:22-26).But over, and above this,it appointed and commissioned him as Jehovah's promised King, the heir to David's throne and to an everlasting kingdom.
The Bible does not contradict itself. It is only a lack of understanding that has people think that

If someone is not 'Born Again' (give up sinful past) they cannot see the kingdom of God within themselves. This is pretty simple.
Being born again is not a difficult concept. We are born of this world when we enter it. If we are born again, we are born of the Spirit (God) and follow him.
