Long story but I will try to keep it as short as possible.
I moved with my husband to his home state of Kentucky from Michigan 3 weeks ago. Its been a culture shock and since all of my family is in Michigan...I am extremely homesick.
I got a call from my mother with the awful news that we had a death in the family. My brother in law. He has been like a father to me for the past 15 yrs or so. I stood next to my sister when they were married and they stood by my husband and I when we were married. We have always been close and I love him and my sister so much...
My brother in law died on Valentines Day and I feel like my heart is torn in pieces. I cant sleep. I'm worried sick about my only sister and I am now states away from being with my family. I can feel it in my heart that she needs me but I have to wait until arrangements are made before I can leave to be with her.
So, I guess that is why I am up so late. For some reason Yahoo Answers is helping me take my mind off of my unfortunate situation by reading others problems, comments, etc.

Thinking and sad at the same time. Because I am gonna move to different state far away from my parents and my family( sisters and brothers, niece and nephews). Even though I don't live with them(we are all married.) But I have never live so far from them. We are a very close and bonded family. And I feel part of my body is dying. Missing them already. I have no choice because my husband have to relocate for his job. I love my husband and since he needed me too, we needed each other, I can't be so selfish ask him not to get that job. I am tearing apart, my parents are very sad, I could tell. Even though they'll understand, but I am feel torn.
