Cheese is a solid food made from the milk of cows, goats, sheep. Cheese is made by curdling milk using a combination of rennet (or rennet substitutes) and acidification. Bacteria acidify the milk and play a role in defining the texture and flavor of most cheeses. Some cheeses also feature molds, either on the outer rind or throughout.

Diced carrots? Are you f**king crazy. Is your friend barking mad? The only cheese made from carrotts is the red cheeses you can get like Red Leicester for example. The more yellow/white cheeses are made from bananas and custard generally. Fromage Frais actually means custard delight.

He is correct in away. Diced carrots are fed to cows. Cows give milk and cheese is churned from the milk....

people are not very nice when you ask silly questions eh? Cheese comes from cows just like milk does, ever wonder why the cow has more then one thingy on their udders, ones for milk, ones for cheese, one is for cream and last but not least one is for well, that's just rude. MOOO!

if this is a serious question, then i'm afraid that your friend is taking the pi*s. cheese is made mainly from milk, salt, and a small amount of rennet to make it set. (although u can use a vegetarian alternative like lemon juice.) if it's a joke, well, keep trying - this one didn't even make me smile !!!
