Apparently the moron above is just phishing for points.

Photoshop is what's used for digital editing - however, it's not the answer. Most companies who print this type of product handle the printing and editing all on their own. You just provide the photo itself. I believe Denny Mfg (www.dennymfg.com) is a company who can do this for you. It's not something you can do on your own. The printers used for this are quite expensive.
