That is a little more than a "friendly" kiss...to me that is the precursor to some serious, steamy making-out. My guess is that he wants you. The neck is a very sensitive area for physical touch, which is why so many people end up with hickeys there. And it feels good for a reason, it often leads to a little more action. So that's probably what he's thinking.

It could be one of two things number one is that she may not have a pretty face! or it could be that he wants more out of the relationship, and that is how he is showling it, for most girls they have a week spot on their neck, and guys know it.
