Why does God do this and why does God do that. Maybe He put the universal laws and truth in place and the rest is up to us.

You are correct in that God put everything in it`s proper place by His own command,but He has not left us like orphans on our own, He is constantly with us and you will know this by your inner spirituality, and your human senses.

If it is true that God put Cause and effect into place then why would there need to be sin? Besides salvation would be impossible since with cause and effect everything you experience is based on the choices and actions that you do. Praying to a dead man can not change the effect that will come from your cause set in motion!
In short NO RELIGION NEEDED! WE HAVE CAUSE AND EFFECT!
ALSO NO GOD NEEDED!
Everything I need is in my power to bring it into my life. I am my own GOD!

It's sort of like that. He did put everything out there in it's place. But something messed it up in the garden and now we're gonna do our part to help fix that.

We have His laws, truths, and expectations. It is up to us to live those, but He won't force any one of us to do anything. He may present us with opportunities, but it is our choice to take them or reject them.
