**** I keep downloadin the new one but i when i run it i jus get my old one ive already uninstalled the old one!

Try removing your old MSN Messenger through Add/Remove Programmes.
Then download MSN Messenger (Now its called as LIVE) from http://messenger.msn.com/
Install it in your computer.
Hope it should resolve your problem.

are you sure it uninstalled, messenger programs are very hard to remove, you might want to install ccleaner from http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
and run its uninstall wizard found under "tools" on the left sidebar
