keep my anonymity in internet.. with almost same speed?

i know there is proxy.. but how can some one be anonymous in internet without losing much speed? and what the best proxy ? and also keep anonymity while using other programs such as bittorrent mirc msn emule icq browsers.. it there away to keep almost the same speed? .. i know only about proxy..

The only way is using proxys and you cannot keep the same speed that way.
