first compute for your body mass index by dividing your weight in kilograms by your height in meters squared.

1 feet = 3.3 meters so divide 5.1 with 3.3 and thats your height in meters and square your height in meters.

if you know your weight in lbs then divide that with 2.2 to know your weight in kilograms and divide it with your height in meters that you squared.

whatever your answer is your BMI.

here's a BMI table

malnourished bleow 16
underweight 16-19
normal 20-25 <--- here's ideal and healthy
moderately obese 26-31
severely obese 32-36
morbidly obese 37-up

now if you're normal just keep on with your daily caloric intake but if you're underweight then you need to add more, overweight, tone down. :-)

way too many, take a look around the school. a bunch of fat little twits who can't get away from a computer long enough to do any thing constructive, because they have a cell phone glued to their ears. 1500 cal a day is plenty for those people.
