What does it mean if a man blushes when someone he has loved in the past is mentioned. If my ex blushed when my friend mentioned my name does that mean he probably still has feelings for me? Why else would he have blushed?

It meand that blood is ruching to his face. The reason for it is that he has some kind of strong emotional feeling for that person. That feeling could be anger or it could be love. It depends on why things ended. I would say it is more than likely that he has feelings for you.

Well... There is a huge possibility that he still likes you. But lets look at other facts that could make him blush when he hears your name. One, its either he remembered an embarrassing moment that occured when you were still together. Two, maybe he remembers the moments you were sweet to him and can't help but blush. Three, maybe he feels awkward when he hears his ex's name. Four, maybe he doesn't want to talk about prevoius relationships you both had with anyone else. Five, maybe he feels sorry for you when you got hurt maybe when you two broke up. Six, he probably likes another girl and by some wierd chance you both had the same name. Seven, maybe he feels angry because you two broke up that's why he turns red. Lastly, maybe he feels regret because you two had such a good relationship so he probably wonders why did you break up... But looking at all possible explanations, I think the closest and most reasonable explanation is he still probably likes you. Why not confront him and talk. Just talk about anything and observe his acts. If he blushes when you get too close or when he is all shy or when he smiles alot for no reason and he looks as if he just won the lottery because you're there then BAM! Jackpot! He still Likes you... Try it!

It means he blushed - I don't know if it means anything - you have to talk to see if feelings come out.

Blushing is a sign of either shyness, uncomfortableness, anger or irritation. It depends on his facial expression....

It could also mean that someone chose a really odd name for a girl. Though I'd suppose that'd be followed by a chuckle.
