its just a doubt when i eate rice one day i felt like that one small rice grain went.i know such things will never happen but pls explain me with complete descrpition of internal struture so that i can never get again such doubts

No way would you get a grain of rice in there. Sometimes if a pore gets blocked, you can get a deep blackhead which may feel like a grain of rice, or even look like one if you squeeze it out. Or it might just be a build-up of skin cells and bacteria causing a little lump, which when squeezed out will look a bit like soft cheese.
Nothing to worry about. Obviously if it gets bigger, go see a doctor. Even if it was rice (and I shudder to think what you were doing with rice down there in the first place!) it won't hurt you.
