How do you combat terror?

We have buildings full of recovered documents from Iraq and other places, and we have unimaginable hoards of intelligence all being collected in computers called "decision support systems".

We can make war on any terrorist organization.

(How do you think we knew within days who struck the 2 embassies in Africa and within a few more days we already had plans to strike back in some remote area of the middle of nowhere?)
