The VA is there to support veterans. it doenst hit your records in fact it is a seperate organization.

I have been a veteran for about 4 years now, and I have been there many many times.

Its a benefit to having served your country, not a liability.

the va uses medical records to determine whether you are eligible for treatment in the va health system, and to get other benefits.

Records are kept. Medical Records Database Center, is sent records on every one, that National Center has every thing , every time you go to a doctor, dentist, ER, clinic, it is all entered into that database.
