the reason why "i crack your head" is being taken quite seriously is cus that person has extended period of times of martial art's training(20+). but acting like a bully.

You have to report the crime where it occurs, so if the treat came from a different country it must be reported to the jurisdiction that the subject lives. Its the same for any crime.

You can either report him to his local dept and communicate your information via fax or e-mail. Many agencies are very reluctant to do business this way. You can block him or avoid contact altogether with the person harassing you. Or you can report his messages to his ISP. I would suggest, since it is in your power, to avoid or block this individual from contacting you or report him to his ISP. Doing otherwise would seem a waste of resources, time and effort for something that can be stopped by you. I know he is highly trained in martial arts, but do you really think his threats have any validity considering that he is in another country? I think you're just upset and don't want him to have the last word. Be the better part. Break contact with the individual, but do save his messages on a folder for documentation if you need it later.

Are you on a site where you can have this person blocked from contacting you, or report their improper conduct? I know you don't want to ignore it cuz you fee like you're just taking it, but really, what are you going to do? And think about it, what is this person really going to do? If they get on a plane bound for this/ your country, call the police without hesitation. But do you really think this person is going to hop the next international flight just to crack the head of someone who said "F* off" on the internet? Seems like a big hastle. you may not feel like you're doing anything but ignoring them is going to piss them off more than anything else will.

The police will be of no help, besides you will get a record started with them as a problem person. Stay away from the internet guy. Nobody is forcing you to interact with him.

If hes in yet another united states of america and all hes announcing is 'i crack you head' i doubt that guy is severe or it incredibly is something to be mentioned to police. Ive been threatened many cases via dissimilar jack asses on line- in this united states of america. i'd flow to the law enforcement officers in case you sense you're scared on your wellbeing yet whilst the guy is in yet another united states of america i wouldnt take it too heavily... from what you have mentioned it dosent sound like he's conscious you. I hate to declare this yet i comprehend from journey.. the final difficulty you're able to do is probable depart that group or community. in case you dont p.c. to depart your different acquaintances than basically forget approximately him or checklist him to the help table, 'if there is one'. different than which you cant do too lots. Threats like ' I crack you head' on the internet are a dime a dozen. in case you dont comprehend him basically permit it flow , in case you think of you do than thats yet another tale. identity agonize then. sturdy success.

if he lives in another country you can't do anything about it. What is your local police department going to do? Fly to that country and tell him to stop?

Net threats come in all types of emails contacts etc. as long as this
person cannot come to your door, why is this a problem, no one
can use martial arts through a computer terminal, so report them
for spamming you, cut them off the service by contacting the
operator................................................................................................

List them as a problem using their email address, and do not talk to
the culprit anymore.............................................................................
