whenever i try to change wallpaper, all options are looking like disable.

It could be that your user account has no privileges to do these changes. Contact ur network admin to see if he could give your user account the required privileges.
Alternatively u can use an image browser to change or set an image as your desktop background.

Yes it has happened to me too. Some computers just dont have more wallpapers. I suggest you download some from the net and add them as wallpapers.

I Thing you have use Windows XP/2000/20003 Operating systems.
The above applications have set user polocy otherwise may be you can log on to Limited User Account.
For example XP have two type User Accounts:
1. Administrator
2. Limited
So. please log in to Administrator Level.

go to ur control panel and click appearance and themes,and click the option "change the desktop background" and select the wall paper u want for the desktop.

i guess this is some virus cuz such stuff does not normally happen so i'd say contact a computer engineer today or this may take a serious turn
