Does anyone know of a restaraunt in the SoHo district of NY that failed and had to go out of business?

There have been hundreds of failed restaurants in SoHo, NY. Far too many to list here and unfortunately they would not be listed on any website.

One I remember specifically was The (Ye) Old Steak House. Only open for a few months back in the late 80's.
