It would help to write things down so you can get a visualization of the things that need to be organised.

Make a LIST of everything you want to do (daily) and PRIORITIZE. Set a goal and try to meet it.

A lot of time is wasted waiting in lines, dr. offices, etc. I recommend taking something with you that you can work on. It will free you up. While driving you (instead of listening to the radio, you can listen to pre-recorded tapes of your studies (if you are in school). You can also get books on tape.

When watching television, get up a work a project during commercials.

Don't let people occupy your time needlessly either in lengthy conversations or phone talk.

Keep your energy up. You probably already know all the healthy ways to do that. Eat a good breakfast. While you are snacking you can also be doing a task. Plenty of rest. Avoid alcohol when trying to achieve a goal.

Reward yourself for your accomplishments.

B4 u organise yo time,organise yo self.b decided in life,what do u want to do,how r u going to do it,what if the step u take doesnt help,what next.
B4 for u sleep,think of the most important things u would love to do if u wake up the next day,then in the morning,make sure u wake up @ the right time,have yo breakfast then sit down to see what u had planned last nite,start doing everything according to the way u listed them & if u cant tackle them all,live them for the next day,Thats how we grown ups do,before u realise u will know how to mange yo time

create a to-do list. then arrange them according to priority. do those on top of your list first. it's hard at first, but once u get used to it, everything else fall into place. reward urself once in a while for a job well done. if u really don't know what to do first, or u are at a loss, leave everything behind and take a break. by the time u return, ur in a better disposition to do anything. good luck!
