First off give him a bath in good warm and soapy water to get the bleach water off his skin. Second keep irrigating his eyes with a good clear water. (Sterile water would be best) Second maybe try to get him to drink some milk to help counter the effect of the bleach in his stomach, depending on how much he drank. I would ten to think he did not ingest much. Most likely the reaction of the bleach just in his face is causeing the nose to run a bit. Just keep flushing his eyes and noce out with water. I think he should be fine.

Take to the Vet ER NOW!

OK well call the Vet NOW and tell them what happened and they will tell you if you have to bring him this minute but bleach is not good for a dog. Very toxic. Good luck I hope he is ok

You need to flush his eyes with water and try to get him to drink as much water as possible...the bleach has to be diluted pronto! He could go blind or possibly die. Please find a vet hospital in your area ASAP!
