My girlfriend of nine months says that she wants me to "want" her. We have been on a break for a few days, and i thought i would make plans for Valentines Day. Well, she rejected them saying, "she wasnt sure she was ready". Now I still have feelings for her, but what should I do to make her feel like i want her, when i have already done so much.

You must wait. For all you know, she is probably testing you. Because, back when she wanted you to want her, you weren't very responsive.
No worries, if you do not push her any further, she will get worried that you don't want her anymore and will come back to you. :) If she doesn't, uh .. that would be bad, but then you saved yourself from something that was going nowhere.
Either ways, going on and on about this and pushing her, would either get onto her nerves or she will take you for granted .. Either of which you wouldn;t want .. Coz I'm sure you respect yourself.
Good luck, and I hope she does come to you. Just have some patience. She will respect you too for giving her the space she wanted. :)

sounds like maybe she's looking for you to be a little more passionate in how you express to her that you desire her...pay her a surprise visit, bring her some flowers, and kiss her like you've never kissed her before.
yeah that sounds really cheesy i know, but seriously girls love crap like that.
